Friendly, Down-To-Earth Service...........I needed to telephone to make my order, because I was having difficulty placing my order online because I am dylexic and have difficulty with this sort of thing. The lady who helped me made me feel a valued customer and she willingly went through my order and placed it on my behalf. My boots were about ¡ê30.00 cheaper and arrived the next day!!

Shoetique - great service! I telephoned Shoetique on their freephone number (bonus) and the girl who dealt with my order was friendly, polite and helpful. The two pairs of Fit Flops I ordered arrived the very next day with free postage & packing (another bonus). I sent one pair back with the free postage (yes, again bonus) envelope label. I am now awaiting a refund on my credit card for the returned pair and am not anticipating any problems with this. Thank you, Shoetique.

Quick service. Good adviceVery impressed. This company's products are expensive but you certainly do get what you pay for. The advice was helpful, the shoes were exactly as described and arrived promptly. I would use them again if I needed more shoes. But I do wish the fact that you pay extra for carriage were revealed earlier in the buying process not right at the end. I assumed the quoted price was inclusive of carriage and their website seemed to suggest it was. It was not
