Absolutely first class!Don't you just love a company that promises free next day delivery and keeps that promise? And uses Royal Mail, not the ghastly Yodel. These are great boots, better than anything I could find on the High Street, and great service. These boots will easily last through the winter, well made, waterproof and with warm lining.I am a Shoetique convert, this will be the first place I look for footwear in future.

---Exceptional - from start to finish - highly recommendedEven though I was disappointed at the beginning it was excellent that a very very very slight imperfection had been picked up. An alternative pair was sourced to no avail but after receiving a close up photo I decided to accept them. When they arrived within 24 hours the imperfection was not visible when worn and barely on close inspection. Excellent service showing there are still companies that don't put the sale before customer service. Thank you and I will certainly purchase from you again. Thank you :)
