Great service, helpful supportWhen my wellies didn't fit I was going to return via mail myself. I dropped easy wellies an email and they called me to tell me about the swop it service, which is a great service, and saved me money. However maybe the website could be updated to communicate this better. It seemed info on the swop it service was on the FAQ page, I was looking on the return page.However - great product and good service definitely order from here in the future.

21 June 2012 Excellent Customer Service! Both Angie & Darren were superb! Extremely knowledgeable . Both of my orders arrived extremely quickly, and were a very good price! One of our handles had manufacturers faults, this again was rectified quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!
