Boots ordered actually not availableI felt a bit cheated as ordered boots then got an apologetic email saying actually we don't have these in your size like you've paid for, you can have red in your size. I had wanted black, ordered black but needed the wellies that wknd so settled for the red. However I received them and they weren't what I wanted in real life, especially being as I ordered black and I then had to pay ¡ê3.99 to return them which I did find unfair as I was talked into the red as it was after being allowed to order something I was then told I could not have. Not the best experience and then I didn't have the wellies for that wknd away.

A class service all the way !I bought a Barbour jacket that I've been looking for everywhere and found it at Jules b. I love it !The website is easy to use and the jacket came wraped in tissue and packed in a box. Will definitely use this site again!Strongly recommend !!!

AAA Got the shoes I wanted next day and they price matched too. Excellent service xi TELEPHONED THIS COMPANY AND NOT ONLY DID THEY SEND THE SHOES NEXT DAY FREE DELIVERY BUT THEY PRICE MATCHED TOO. i FOUND THEM TO BE FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND EXCELLENT.
