    03 August 2012 1st class when they remember 2 orders placed. First came perfectly and very promptly. Second I had to ring after 3 days and found that handles 4doors had forgotten to process the order. Prompt response after that. Very satisfied with the handles and price.

    ---Good as long as you don't have to return anythingIn general service is prompt, and they provide good value for money. However, I was unfortunate before xmas in that they sent me an item of the wrong size (i.e. not the size I had requested), and I had a bit of a mare getting it replaced. They didn't respond to any of my emails, and it took several attempts to get to speak to someone who would do anything. In the end I had to have a refund. I was a bit disappointed.
