OK, but could be much better!Didn't recieve any confirmation e-mail that my order had been shipped. After 1 week without nothing, I send an e-mail asking for the shipping nr which I thankfully recieve some days later. When traced, my order were already in Sweden and they aleady tried to deliver to me?? I went to the post office and thanks to the shipping nr i could pick it up there? And the post office still hasn't sent any notification that I had a parcel to pick up. I wonder what would have happened if I had not e-mailed supadance asking for the shipping nr....

UNHAPPYI originally purchased a pair of practice shoes that were too small (they came with white terry cloth insoles).I sent them back within time allotted and ordered a larger pair. When I received the larger pair there were no insoles in the box. I emailed Supadance to tell them that the insoles were missing with the order. They informed me that shoes no longer came with the insoles. They should have told me this when I placed my new order. The reason I bought these shoes was for the maximum comfort and I don't have it. I am extremely disappointed

18 May 2012 Excellent service, helpful advise and very patient when dealing with a idiot( me) Need to get handles and locks for new doors as part of a makeover. Tried a couple of online stores and bought several samples. Handles4doors were the best and nearby so easy to arrange pick up. Spoke with Suzanne and given some advise on best hinges and locks etc. Also helped me deal with a mucked up online order that needed changing etc. All in all great service and easy to deal with and very efficient. I would recommend.

Great product selection, great prices, excellent serviceReally good product selection and product information on the site, and prices compare favourably. Excellent customer service with order confirmation and despatch emails, and product arrived very quickly as promised on the site.
