11 September 2012 Nice handles - but be careful what you order! I ordered 12 sets of Urfic Constance Door Handles on Backplate. What was not made clear was that every bolt (24 in total) needed cutting down to fit the width of my internal doors. A threaded sleeve is pushed from one side in to which the bolt is screwed from the other. When I questioned this I was basically told 'tuff'. They are designed to fit different width doors and you have to cut the bolts down to suit. What is wrong with having conventional screws? I'm not particularly happy - nor is my joiner!!

Great service but problem with tracking number suppliedGreat service, only problem was incorrect tracking number supplied. Tried to call the company twice and got no answer so had to resort to sending an email. Parcel was delivered before company could get back to me, however they eventually responded to my email stating they were aware of the issue and apologised. Would use again

Incorrect advertisement but good customer serviceI bought two shirts from Julesb (#280121021034031). Everything from purchase to delivery was great. I was, however, very disappointed that one of the shirts that i bought based on the picture on the website was different from the actual shirt that was delThe shirt in the picture of Eton Blue Faint Stripped Shirt. Is different from what you receive. The latter has no black lining around the collar. As I'm in need of both shirts (i lost my luggage in a flight) I had to settle for the shirt received. So I chose not to return it This has somewhat tainted the high regards I held about Juleb.John
