Simply the best delivery I have experienced!I ordered my wellies at 4pm, and I had an email within the hour saying that they had been despatched and that they would be arriving the next day. This in itself is brilliant, but I then received a text to say the hour that they would be arriving with the option to change my delivery day. Why can't other online companies follow your lead.
