We don't have a contact number for you but Laura from our customer service team has sent you an email this morning with a discount code and instructions on how to return them to us if you wish. Laura has also included our free phone number if you wish to call us back. We do offer a free returns label and if we have sent something out in error we'll always aim to resolve it immediately with as little inconvenience as possible for you. I'm sorry your first experience with Shoetique has been far from ideal. We do extensive checks in our warehouse but this one appears to have slipped through the net.
