Seeing the stock levels of what you want on the web site is very useful and saves a lot of time ordering something then finding it's not in stock. Orders are dispatched promptly and I've never had a mistake or delay in what was delivered. With my last order I bought 2 stick bags as presents, found they weren't what the recipients wanted, and Barringtons agreed straight away (responding to my e-mail request within a few minutes) to refund the money towards the purchase of alternatives.
