s 22 May 2012 <br/> Excellent Customer Service I designed and ordered 4 hoodies, all the same but 2 large and 2 small. First the image I used wasn't good enough quality so got an email very quickly apologising to me for the delay, as soon as I sent better quality images (took a couple of days) my order was dispatched immediately for next day delivery. THEN, when they arrived I discovered a spelling mistake on only two of the four items, which turned out to be my fault. The lovely lady I spoke to insisted on replacing them at no cost to me and they duly arrived two days later. It's a very long time since I experienced customer service like this from a British company. Well done guys, and I will definitely use you again!!

Very good, quick and fantastic service!Amazing service! My package was sent to Sweden the day after I ordered it and i recieved my jacket within 3 days! I could track my package the whole time and Jules B sent me emails with details about My order. I'm really satisfied! The jacket, from Barbou

Perfect in every wayEvery product was exactly as chosen, perfectly packed to arrive in great condition. Delivery was prompt, communication was good.As ever, can't fault Barrington's- I've bought all my hockey/rugby/running kit from them for the past few years, and have never had a complaint.

Bloody marvellous, amazing customer supporThe first pair I ordered were a bit too big, but the next size down weren't in stock. I rang the support line and a very helpful man called James ran around getting people to try out the different sizes in an alternative brand he'd suggested to make sure they'd be right.Couldn't ask for anything more, best post sales support I've ever had!(and the replacement collection service made it all dead easy)
