28 April 2012 Staff at customer service polite and helpful, delivery prompt and as sgreed and handles looked great I requested my order to be delivered the following day as attempts had been made to deliver the prevoius day. Spoke with customer services adviser, who was very polite and helpful, she reassured me that she would contact Fedex to rearrange delivery as requested. Fedex delivered my parcel the following day. The products were great, particularly the Urfic door handles looked stunning. I will definitely use their service again and recommend it to family and friends

Shoetique-fantastique!I ordered my boots and shoes and they arrived promptly. I needed a larger size so returned the items and asked for an exchange. I got a call from a very helpful lady in customer service who took the details and they were delivered promptly again. Great service , would recommend and will certainly shop there again.
