Not happyNever had a pair of Fitflops so though I would go to shop and try a pair on. Shop did not have any size 10's. Tried 9 & 11 neither fitted so assumed 10 would be okay. Ordered a pair of size 10 over the phone from the warehouse. Told the next day it was a stock error and the ones I was after were not in stock! Not sure if this is a successful way to run a business but I am not a happy customer

ALWAYS RELIABLEHAVE YOU EVER USED SHOETIQUE? FANTASTIC, YOU CAN ALWAYS GUARANTEE THAT THER GOODS WILL ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY AND I KNOW THE FITFLOPS WILL FIT PERFECTLY. IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED FITFLOPS YOU REALLY SHOULD THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE I NEVER WEAR ANYTHING ELSE THESE DAYS. AS YOU KNOW I HAVE TO STAND ALL DAY WITH MY BUSINESS AND I NEVER GET ACHING LEGS.

31 October 2011 Dear Mani I¡¯m sorry that you felt we deserved a 1 star review for our products and service. I have checked your order for an Atlantic Old English Colchester Door Handle and matching turn and release and can see that we received it on 10 October and despatched it on 11 October. I can see that ¡ê5.99 was deducted from the carriage charge as you told us that the handle was a sample. At the moment we are selling this product at a special price of ¡ê24.99 (¡ê20.82 only recouped by us). To check that we are selling this for a fair price I have checked what some of our competitors are selling it for and this ranged from ¡ê30 to ¡ê41. We operate a Fair Pricing Policy here at Handles4doors and ¡ê24.99 is an extremely competitive price for this quality handle. As we were very concerned on hearing your comments we have contacted our supplier, Atlantic, who have confirmed that their products are sold to all suppliers at the same price, therefore your price of ¡ê16 is puzzling. Excellent customer service from Laura The boots I purchased were the best price I could find on the internet, due to the one day Christmas offer price. Following my first purchase, Shoetique had also sent me a ¡ê10 off my next order loyalty voucher, which made them even cheaper! The boots were despatched and I received them the next day - good customer service. Unfortunately the boots were sub-standard so I contacted Shoetique customer services and Laura personally attended to the problem, including checking the replacement pair to ensure they were perfect. The replacement pair was despatched to me a soon as I had a certificate of posting for the faulty pair.

Top company,with great products at great prices.fantastic service. this is the first time ive used shoetique.ime always wary of using new companys,but looked at reviews given and looked at all on the site and bought 4 pairs of fitflops.the service was outstanding from start to finish.i will be ordering more in the very near future from them,its hard to find a company that does exactly what they write,but trust me this one does.well done shoetique your a credit to buisnesses.

25 November 2011 An extremely proffesional product supplier, who deliver everything they promise I place the order mid afternoon and the goods arrived the following morning. The web site and product descriptions were both clear and informative and all this at a very competitive price. I would have no reservations in recommending this company to friends and family.
