---Dont believe the advice given by the assistantsi wanted to purchase some climbing shoes from gear zone so i rang their store & spoke to an assistant,i told her the shoe make & name & asked if i should order my ordinary shoe size or a higher or lower one,,the assistant said order my shoe size as that style shoe comes out the correct size.I ordered the size 10.5 as i am a size 10 thinking i could wear a thicker pair of socks in cold weather,,how wrong i was,or should i say the assistant was,i couldnt even get the one shoe on my foot because it was so tight..So this has not only cost me a delivery charge from gear zone,but it will also cost me who knows how much to return them with insurance as advised by gear zone.Whats the point of having assistants who tell you one thing when they obviously dont know if its the right information..I certainly wont be ordering anything else from gear zone..0/10

Lovely, quality wellies at a good price& great delivery!The website was easy to use and it had a full range of wellies for every occasion and every purse. I would definitely use this site again without a doubt.

Efficient and trustworthy I have had no problems only satisfaction using this company. When I wanted to ask advice there was a person at the end of the phone who was able to give considered advice.
