Good price and good product, but delivery.......I placed my order and paid straight away using PayPal. Got an order acknowledgement saying "due to Sale Launch your order may take 2 - 3 days to be delivered" I also got several emails chasing me to provide account details.Then nothing. After six days, I sent an email asking when my shoes would be despatched, as no activity showing on the account that I had been encouraged to open. No reply.Fearing I would not receive them in time for my holiday, I phoned and was told that there was a delay due to the success of the sale. But less than an hour later, "Hey Presto!" instant reaction, emails of despatch and anticipated delivery. Delivery was th

26 November 2012 <br/> Really, really impressed I ordered a t-shirt for my 5yr old daughter, which was a copy of a t-shirt she loved which she had grown out of. I even added a little special request for something to be added which I couldn't find on the site, but didn't hold out much hope that it would be added. Well, the t-shirt arrived quickly, was much better quality than I expected, and best of all my special request was added exactly as I wanted it. I couldn't be happier and my daughter will love it. Superb service and perfect product.My boots are excellent. Warm, comfy and waterproof.The speed of delivery and ease of service is second to none.I've used this company before and they are simply brilliant.

Overall fantastic service10/10 for website - very user friendly with excellent product information, views and descriptions - even my 75 year old mother found it easy!!! Shoes arrived well packed and in good order and within a day or two of the order. Fantastic service.
