---RubbishI the past I have been happy with what I have ordered but this time I was sent completely the wrong item which resulted in have extra cost in returning and to date I have not received anything back.

Shoetique-fantastique! I ordered my boots and shoes and they arrived promptly. I needed a larger size so returned the items and asked for an exchange. I got a call from a very helpful lady in customer service who took the details and they were delivered promptly again. Great service , would recommend and will certainly shop there again.

02 December 2012 <br/> Excellent I was extremely pleased with the service and the end product I received. There was a problem with the quality of the first pic I sent to be printed and customer service I was given to amend and correct this was excellent.
