Excellent service and returns a doddle Having had recent foot surgery I needed to shop for shoes online and needed a different size and type from my usual. I was able to try a different size and have the order sent to my parent's address where I was staying for recovery, making life so much easier for me! The shoe itself is very comfortable . Thank you!!

07 March 2012 Below average The product was defective in manufacture in that two of the bolts were supposed to be spot welded into the frame, but were not, so the nut (which was domed) could not be tightened. I e-mailed you for your comments but received no reply. I feel that I have paid top price for the best product but have received a poorly manufacture product (which is not your fault) and poor service (which is).

I bought more!!!! I was delighted with the fitflops that I bought to wear at work. They were a good price and were delivered to the north of Scotland in just three days.
