Excellent customer service from LauraThe boots I purchased were the best price I could find on the internet, due to the one day Christmas offer price. Following my first purchase, Shoetique had also sent me a ¡ê10 off my next order loyalty voucher, which made them even cheaper! The boots were despatched and I received them the next day - good customer service. Unfortunately the boots were sub-standard so I contacted Shoetique customer services and Laura personally attended to the problem, including checking the replacement pair to ensure they were perfect. The replacement pair was despatched to me a soon as I had a certificate of posting for the faulty pair.

26 October 2012 <br/> Excellent My only concern when ordering a self-designed printed t-shirt was the quality that it would come out as. This turned out to be no worry at all as the quality was excellent, not only that but it arrived two days after ordering. Couldn't have been happier with my order

Zippy delivery but not cheapAlthough the cost of P&P was rather expensive (i ended up searching for a cheap addition to the goods to save myself the ¡ê5.95 on all orders under ¡ê75), the order arrived less than 2 days later. Everything arrived in top condition. Generally very pleased.

---Absolute mint, gear came bang on time. The price was a stealI have been looking for a decent outdoor jacket to use on multiple outdoor activities. I plumb for the Berghaus Mera Peak, after visiting a few local outdoor clothing shops most had the jacket in (but not the colour) at ¡ê260. after searching online and came across Gear Zone and they had the jacket in the right size and colour and at a price I couldn't resist. bish bosh bought it and its mint. ( to you thats fantastic)
