Ordered Friday afternoon; within the hour I had an e-mail confirming that they were on their way, with another shortly after confirming date of delivery as Monday. This also contained tracking information, as well as giving me the option to easily change the date if inconvenient or to request that my parcel be left with a neighbour instead. Really impressed with that. Ordering was very easy and my boots arrived well-packaged. This wasn't my first Easy Wellies order, and with service like that, it probably won't be my last.
