30 January 2012 First class service I bought 12 sets of door handles from handles4doors. Ordering on line was easy and the handles arrived very quickly. What impressed me was the after service. I lost a grub screw. My fault not their fault. I spoke to them on the telephone and although they didn't keep the scerw in stock they contacted their supplier who sent me one straight away.

10 April 2012 Website "search results" has an issue that they acknowledge but refuse to accept responsibilty for incorrect order. I've ordered from Handles4Doors a number of times, generally repeat orders and have been happy with the service. Since a website update my account had been deleted along with my previous orders and so I had to create a repeat order from scratch. It appears there is an issue with the website whereby when you perform a search using a product code and the results are for more than one product (even though you entered an exact product code) if you directly enter the quantity and press "Buy" the item placed into the basket is NOT necessarily the one that you have just selected to buy. If there are multiple finishes it defaults to whatever is the first in the list. Having placed an order with multiple items on I did not spot this and having received an order with incorrect items I called Customer Services to explain.
