---Very disappointing!I ordered a North Face parka and received an email confirming that it had been dispatched, so far so good. It then came to the delivery day and nothing arrived so I telephoned Gearzone to find out where it had got to. I was informed that there had been an error on the labelling of their garments and that they didn't actually have this particular coat in stock and that the email had been sent in error. Although apologies were made I was told that it would take a further 10 days to receive the parka. I was stongly reminded that I could cancel the order at any time, I can only assume that it would have cost them money as they were having to get the coat from TNF. I decided that I was not happy with waiting that length of time and cancelled the order and have since managed to purchse the parka from a different retailer without any problems or delays. I was refunded very quickly but that is the only good thing I can say about them. I won't be looking at their website

Stylish shoes sent really fast, even in SaleGorgeous shoes! JulesB sent these really quickly despite the sale being in full swing. very impressed with the service.My local store is great too. I always find something tempting and I find the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the stock.

23 December 2012 <br/> Brilliant Service Despite the Weather's best attempts to spoil it Tshirt looks great and was with me in a couple of days as promised despite it being christmas week and the worst weather we have had since I can remember. When the rest of the country is grinding to a halt I was very impressed how easy this was.

Speedy service for great trainers at a great price !Very pleased with how quickly I received my order and that this was the cheapest place I found my new trainers.Would definately use again
