SUPER DELIGHTED WITH THE SERVICEI made a mistake in my initial order so I had to return the item. The very convenient Returns service meant that I could drop the item off to a nearby location. I also got the replacement item in very quick time. All in all, very good service.

First class service! I did my order online on a Thursday evening and the shoes arrived early on Saturday morning. The shoes were beautifully packaged, really good value for money and the parcel was tracked which meant that I was advised by text when it was received at the sorting office and after delivery. Shoetique are absolutely fantastic - I have never had better service anywhere and I would be very happy to carry on using them. Loved the fabulous Fit Flop shoes too and am wearing them now!

Easy Wellies = Super fast deliveryWebsite easy to use and kept updated with regard to when delivery can be expected. Very fast delivery and particularly impressed with the shipping date/time notification service. I will look towards using you again, thank you.

29 April 2012 Good service but product defintions could be clearer The product I was interested in had three variant (lock plate, privacy plate and plain) All three were illustrated with the same photo and the particular product name also included some of the same words as the variant descriptions so I got confused and ordered the wrong parts. The refund service was smooth but I did have to pay return postsage because of my confusion.

HowzatHi fantastic quick response quicker than an old West Indian fast bowler,- cricket pads and bag arrived next day after ordering, not as quick as my sons innings for which goods are destined for Christmas, but then he has never been 'NOT OUT' over night! .Cheers
