Slow deliveryReceived an email from company informing me the item was despatched first class recorded on the 19th July, but it didn't arrive until the 23rd, which wouldn't be the case if it had actually been dispatched on the 19th, it should have arrived on the 21st. Not sure whether this was a fault on Royal Mail's part though. Item was as described though, was just a shame I didn't have it in time, and now is not going to be used.

Blooming brilliant!I ordered a hockey stick for my daughter and she needed it delivered ASAP . She gave me the wrong size and the replacement arrived within 36 hrs.awesome service and highly recommended!

Slick,Fast,exactly what I craved-Fitflop Fix Have said it all. Will check on your stock to keep me up to date. Delivery by return at no extra cost was a bonus.

Good quality and serviceVery good shoes and not so expensive. Nice design.But the deliverating delays are sometimes long.

Thumbs-up from first time customer.Shoes arrived promptly but I'd ordered the wrong size. I posted back by special delivery and replacement arrived in a matter of days. Very happy with my purchase. Shoes are top quality, look great and are very comfortable :)
