Fuss free shopping.Can't speak for the returns service as I didn't need it, but the ordering and delivery was spot on. The courier delivered in a one hour window on the day of my choosing. I've given five stars - deservedly so, but really, isn't this how it's supposed to be?

A VERY GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!My order was delivered speedily and due to unsuitable sizing - no fault of this organisation - the goods were returned and the day the parcel was received back I had e mail saying a refund had been issued. I would certainly recommend using Jules B without

24 June 2012 <br/> Superb quality & service. I wanted to make a slight amendment to the text and include a symbol, so phoned customer services. They were great - suggested that I make a note on the order, and they'd see what they can do. T-shirt arrived within 5 days of placing the order (incl. weekend). The t-shirt quality is very good indeed, and the print quality is fantastic, and they have included my special instructions. The design and order system is very easy to use, and quality is excellent. Only 4-stars because there is no t-shirt size for 2-3 year olds. Will happily use again, and thoroughly recommend.

Poor int'l shippingThey sent me a pair Converse (GBP 34.99 + freight GBP 10.00) without declaring the goods on the parcel. As a result, it came in 1 week later than expected and I had to pay for the Swiss Post to open the parcel, store it, write to me to request a copy of the invoice and present it to customs (CHF 34.10 approx GBP 23). I complained to them about that. The answer was they would check the problem, never got any other answer back. This made my Converse over 60% more expensive than they would have been if they had put a custom declaration on the parcel. I definitely do not recommend them for int'l business.
