The item looks okThe packaging was totally snapped in half. Two pieces instead of one. As a result of which I have yet no idea. the stick is a gift for my son and will not be used before Jan 5th. What damage has been impacted to the stick is yet unknown but the impact to the pckaging has been enormous.

Great service.Prompt delivery.I'm really impressed with the service from Jules B . Easy ordering and prompt delivery.My order was delivered 3days after ordering.The item was delivered boxed so was well protected in the post and looked good to use for wrapping as a gift.I will have no hesitation in using this company again.
