---Good range, quick serviceI wanted to buy a pair of waterproofs the same make and type as one I already had, as they were worn out. Also wanted to buy a women's version for my wife. Only problem was that initially the size I needed was sold out. for a few days. I kept returning, eventually my size was back in stock. Unfortunately, during the checkout process, it appeared that my order had not been completed for some reason. So I started again, only to read that my size was "sold out" again. If a confirmation of the original order was sent immediately, it certainly didn't appear in my mail box. So I bought the same products from another supplier who had stock. Then, within a day or so, to my surprise both complanies delivered. I returned the second company's pair rather than the one sent by Gearzone as they were a little more expensive. Just unfortunate that the Gearzone order did not appear to have gone through and was not clearly confirmed quickly, otherwise the second order wo

26 November 2011 <br/>Really, really impressed I ordered a t-shirt for my 5yr old daughter, which was a copy of a t-shirt she loved which she had grown out of. I even added a little special request for something to be added which I couldn't find on the site, but didn't hold out much hope that it would be added. Well, the t-shirt arrived quickly, was much better quality than I expected, and best of all my special request was added exactly as I wanted it. I couldn't be happier and my daughter will love it. Amazing customer service!I had a minor issue with a product I ordered and so contacted Barrington Sports about this by email. A day or so later I received a telephone call from a Director about my issue and he dealt with it in a prompt, effecient and very friendly way which is without doubt the best customer experience I have ever had following an problem.The actual online purchase itself was very easy and delivery extremely quick. The issue wasn't really Barrington Sports fault but they dealt with it amazingly and I commend them for this. With this kind of service they will have many years of success with many very happy customers.
