The letter box came with a threaded bar that required a stilson wrench to install in the panel, which they could have done, and the whole thing was annoying to fit. The black coating has since chipped. The expensive window handles were supplied with cheap screws, saving a few pence, 2 of which snapped when attaching. One took me an hour to extract. I then used my own which were fine.
