Happy with service providedI was very happy with the service provided and had a query about payment after I had placed my order which the gentleman who I spoke to was very helpful.The shoes that were ordered were the wrong size so my daughter returned them to the store in London which they were happy to exchange for a half size bigger. The only small comment was that she said when exchanging them she had asked the assistant for advice on the fit and she wasn't very knowledgable regarding how the foot should sit in the shoe etc. which I feel in a specialist market like dance shoes staff should know their product.

Shoetique is an excellent shop and an excellent online shop I have been going to the Shoetique shop for many years where I found an amazing range of lovely shoes, and handbags. I was always served by a friendly and helpful person.It was there that I was introduced to Fitflops. I have now moved too far away to shop there so I order online from their website.Prices at Shoetique are very competitive. Whatever I order arrives the next day in excellent condition. If I don't like what I've ordered it is very easy to return the shoes.

They fit like a glove ! Totally knocked out by the service from Shoetique. The price was the best I have found on the internet and to receive a text message telling me my shoes were on my way was much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Shoetique and especially Fitflop shoes to all my friends. Just goes to show that really good service stands out and is noticed. Buy with confidence from Shoetique. I for one will buy from you again. Thank you

Ordered, delivered, on time - as promised!First time buyer from this company and I can't fault them. Placed order on Monday, got additional online discount as advertised (had previously tried other suppliers but online discounts shown weren't being applied) and was advised of a two day delivery - and two days later there it was. This was only a few days before xmas so on time delivery impressed me.
