Good Product and Great Post Delivery Customer Service T'BootHockey stick ordered and delivered on date indicated. No issues with stick, quality at a good price. Slight issue over delivery arrangements which was brought to the companies attention. What I did like was that within 24 hours I received a telephone call from the company to fully understand the issue and promised to look into and update me. True to their word I received a further call to give me actions taken to improve their web site and customer service. In an era when you hear of poor customer service and companies not interested in the customer it was a 'breath of fresh air' to see a company like Barrington Sports caring about a customer and making you feel wanted even better that this being driven by the directors themselves. This is one very satisfied customer.

Online JoyIt was just about the easiest, friendliest and most efficient online shopping experience I have had. The order arrived on the hour promised.At the same time an online order from Orvis went missing and there was no tracking system. 'We trust the Post Office,' said an Orvis spokesman as he prepared a refund.

07 March 2011 <br/>Outstanding Customer Service I've used TShirt Studio a number of times over the years. Their website is superb. I've been called/emailed to clarify my design, in most cases to improve it. Delivery is very quick and cheap and the products are top quality. Product good but arch and forefoot not supportive enough for my needs and delivery disappointingProduct is good but I needed a full arch support which this doesnt quite give. Also the cushioning isnt enough for me to remove ball of foot pain. Went for these as I only wanted them for walking and they were highlighted for arch support and forefoot pain.I will say they have helped though.Delivery was disappointing as I paid for next day and only found today 5 days later that they had been left with a neighbour.
