Smooth once we got over a hurdle.Had a small delay caused by a mismatch between my billing address and delivery address. There was a 24hr delay in Barrington getting in contact with me, which was frustrating. Tried calling a couple of times before finally getting through to them. Once that happened we resolved the problem, and the goods arrived very quickly.

Good Product and Great Post Delivery Customer Service T'BootHockey stick ordered and delivered on date indicated. No issues with stick, quality at a good price. Slight issue over delivery arrangements which was brought to the companies attention. What I did like was that within 24 hours I received a telephone call from the company to fully understand the issue and promised to look into and update me. True to their word I received a further call to give me actions taken to improve their web site and customer service. In an era when you hear of poor customer service and companies not interested in the customer it was a 'breath of fresh air' to see a company like Barrington Sports caring about a customer and making you feel wanted even better that this being driven by the directors themselves. This is one very satisfied customer.

---I wish all on-line shopping were like this.The item I bought was delivered securely packaged a day after purchase. Also a query I emailed was answered quickly and in a friendly manner. It will be the first place I will look if I need anything similar in the future after the fast and friendly service I received. I can't find any faults, therefore I recommend Gear Zone to everyone. Thanks.

Great Service and fast delivery.As a novice to Hockey I was unaware as to how to go about purchasing a stick for my son. I phoned the store and was given an idiots guide on how to choose the correct stick. I was totally unaware there was so many to choose from. I now feel I am a bit of an expert thanks to the expertise of the sales staff. The stick arrived the next day and my son used it today for the first time resulting in a hat trick for his school team. I think between us we chose right. Thanks Barrington sports for an excellent customer experience from start to finish. I would recommend this store most definately and will be using again.
