Slight issue over delivery arrangements which was brought to the companies attention. What I did like was that within 24 hours I received a telephone call from the company to fully understand the issue and promised to look into and update me. True to their word I received a further call to give me actions taken to improve their web site and customer service. In an era when you hear of poor customer service and companies not interested in the customer it was a 'breath of fresh air' to see a company like Barrington Sports caring about a customer and making you feel wanted even better that this being driven by the directors themselves. This is one very satisfied customer.
