    03 October 2012 Good product, fitting instructions weak Product arrived promptly and in good condition. It is a robust piece of equipment and we bought it because our daughter had one the same and we saw it in action. I am an experienced DIYer and I was able to fit it OK but the fitting instructions were not detailed enough and a less experienced person would probably give up. Some advice on how to fit unit in the top of a cupboard would be welcome. There is also no warning about fitting near the top hinge of the door. regards

    ---Gear Zone came to the rescue!I ordered a Berghaus jacket for my son through Amazon and the firm I chose let me down badly and messed me about for 2 days by showing stock that was not available twice! This meant that I was not likely to get the present in time. However I found the same jacket on Gear Zone website which was really easy and quick to use.     ---Amazing item, amazing speed of deliveryI recently purchased a Berghaus rucksack from gearzone after seeing it on sale on an email from them.
