01 November 2012 <br/> Wish every experience was like this I ordered a t-shirt in a medium, and found it was too big when it was delivered. I didnt expect anything to come of it as i maybe should have checked measurements properly but they replaced it with a small at no charge! I will definetily be ordering from here again!

Good value, excellent service.Have purchased from Shoetique quite a few times most recently last week. They were as usual a pleasure to deal with. Deliveries always prompt, easy returns and no quibble guarantees. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Also have a good telephone service if all else fails with very polite and professional staff.My first pair of Fit Flops are now over 2 years old, worn every day in the warm weather and still looking pretty good. Only ordered new ones for choice.

Salvation with sensible sizing at Supadance - hoorayHaving looked at other websites, buying a pair of dance shoes seemed problematic. Happily, Supadance offered British sizes and no requirement to measure the length or width of my own feet. Excellent choice and service. I wish I had found them first.

---Outstanding customer service, super-speedy deliveryI ordered a Mammut day pack for a weekend trip to Rome.Despite an initial computer error where my order details were misplaced (no payment taken at that time) I can not recommend their service highly enough. I called to see where my order was and the lady I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful. She went away to dig out my order and called me back within 10 minutes to confirm they had received it and the reasons why it had not been processed. Payment was then taken and goods dispatched. I received my parcel the very next day.Great customer service, speedy delivery, great value. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
