Prompt DeliveryI ordered some fitflops for a birthday present delivery was prompt (ordered Friday and they were delivered Monday) excellent quality - exactly what I ordered and a very much appreciated birthday present - many thanks will definately order again.

Good service, shame no free returnsGood service. Fortunately I did not need to return item, but if I had it would have been costly. Most Internet shops now provide free returns.

17 July 2012 Pretty good Website easily navigated, additional 'bits n pieces' that are needed when replacing doors are shown to the buyer just in case you are not aware you need them. Excellent idea. My only complaint is delivery information is not too helpful. I had to stay at home over three days in order to a) meet the post if it was posted out and b) meet the courier, who did turn up. Please advise delivery method and a tracking order, this way we do not loose out on work.
