Ease of Service !!!!!!!From the moment I picked up the phone I found it a simple and pleasant experience, which in the present day is an exception rather than a rule!! The customer service was informative and yet to the point while the delivery was concluded without a hitch and every step my package took was recorded and I was contacted reassuring me that the deadline would web met.............. Thanks for this rather unusual experience!

---Super fast easy and friendly serviceI paid for the shoes on Sunday night, and they were delivered by Tuesday. I actually missed the post, but the courier sent them to my local post office so that was handy. I particularly liked the hand written note. Would definitely use again should I find another pair of shoes I like!
