Really good service, lovely shoes!Gorgeous Melissa and anglomania shoes. Fast free delivery. one star off purely as the shoes were over packaged.

We're really sorry your parcel didn't arrive next day. As you can see from the tracking information we sent your parcel out the same day you ordered on a free next day delivery service. Royal Mail have experienced delays in the Christmas rush with a backlog of parcels. Very frustrating because you'd think they'd be prepared for it! We've just sent you a personal message with a discount code! Apologies for the delay, we hope you like them. No next day delivery. Used this retailer as they highlighted next day delivery. Followed the instructions and ordered well before next day deadline. Unfortunately item did not arrive next day checked royal mail and they were still awaiting parcel. Shoes turned up the next again day! Loved the shoes and very well packaged just a shame I did not get them next day.

FAST DELIVERY, GREAT SERVICE SHAME i HAD TO SEND THEM BACK. I love fit flops but these slippers made me feel like an old lady, just not my style. Sent them back, shoetique have a very good refund policy & I like the fact it does not cost me anything to return them, only they will deduct ¡ê2.95 from my refund, very reasonable.

Shoes is very nice and comfortable.Shoes is very nice and comfortable. But size on the site I thing is not properly. I have euro size 37 in the site point that it is 4UK size. But they are small for 1 size. I returnde shoes for exchange.
