16 August 2012 Like the handles, but terrible customer service Ordered handles online & added a couple more door bolts as my basket informed me that by spending a further ¡ê4 I would save ¡ê5.95 on delivery. Got charged at checkout for delivery & when I contacted Handles4doors to request a refund of delivery cost basically was told 'bad luck!' Not my idea of good customer service in the least. Out of principle, I will not use this company again.

Easy transaction, quick delivery, helpful customer servicesI ordered the boots as requested by my son for Christmas, they arrived the next working day; then I contacted the customer services dept to ask about returns or exchanges, should they not fit, after Christmas since it would be more than 10 days after delivery. They responded almost immediately saying that their Christmas exchanges policy is extended to mid January, so that is brilliant.Overall, very pleased.

Fabulous quality and excellent service.I was very impressed with customer services and how they handled my email enquiery. I received a response from customer services within half an hour of contact and my quiery was quickly and fully resolved.I found the website easy to access and navigate. As for my wellies, I was very pleased with my purchase. Good quality product offered at a reasonable price. Overall a very pleasant, stress free shopping experience.

The best Welles ever and so warmmy son in-law has a very dizzy life with work and his hobbies, dog racing thay have 16 huskies, these easy wellies are the best thing out. For both things he has been using easy wellies for about three years now, easy to get on, very warm and just hose them of. great.
