Lovely shoes (I hope) but still waiting for delivery!I purchased these Lolla fitflops in a light beige colour last summer & liked them so much I ordered them in the navy. This time around the added bonus was that they were in the sale & the staff at Shoetique were friendly & helpful over the phone. However, it's a little difficult to give a proper review when you haven't received the goods yet, so hurry up please & send my shoes!

06 February 2012 Delivery times and costs not made clear It was not clear that it would take so long to get my order. I didn't realise they had to order them in first - there was nothing on the website saying 'not in stock'. However when I emailed I did at least get a response outlining how long it would take (that was only once I emailed as I was worried the order had been lost).

29 February 2012 <br/> Very good company, easy to work with and very good quality. This company contacted me with as special offer, to good to refuse and I thankfully took them up on it. Well pleased with the service from start to finish as they were friendly and helpful plus the quality of the product is first class. Great Wellies!Love these wellies. I live in the North of Scotland and needed a good pair of waterproof boots for walking my dog. These are perfect as they keep my feet warm and dry. A little on the large side as I ordered my normal shoe size (5) but they are fine with thick socks. I would definitely recommend them.

Shoetique-fantastique! I ordered my boots and shoes and they arrived promptly. I needed a larger size so returned the items and asked for an exchange. I got a call from a very helpful lady in customer service who took the details and they were delivered promptly again. Great service , would recommend and will certainly shop there again.
