Welly welly good!Although I had problems making a purchase through this site (not this company's fault, the payment system Sage operate was faulty), I am extremely impressed with the level of service I received to rectify this issue. The first member of staff I spoke to was very helpful, doing her very best to enable me to purchase the goods I required. Unfortunately this lady was unable to resolve the issue, but promised a call back. I received a call back from a gentleman (I presume the line manager of the first member of staff I spoke to) within minutes. He was able to identify the issue, and offer numerous solutions. Again, doing all he could to help.Aside from that, this was the only site I was able to get exactly what I wanted, and to top it off, the price was very reasonable.I would have no reservations about recommending this company, it's staff, or it's products to anybody.

23 February 2012 <br/> Quality Product, Quality Service When so many companies still have poorly written, uninspiring websites it was nice to find a company with a website that works well and makes the whole process easy. I found and designed exactly what I was after with no problems at all, the delivery time was even quicker than expected, and the baby-grows themselves are great quality and look fantastic. Top marks. One shop, 2 sandals, perfect fit!Ordering was easy as I knew "just what I wanted". Working on a recommendation I tried Shoetique and got "just what I wanted" very quickly and at a good price.
