Totally ReliableHaving bought wellies from seveeral sources before and been disappointed with their quality, I was a bit concerned as I hadn't used this company or the brand of boots before, but I would thoroughly recommend them, They arrived quickly and had contngentcy plans in place if I was out. The quality of the boot is excellent, also the price was competative. What more could you ask.

Online - but really helpful staff create a personal atmosphere....despite all my mistakes (wrong size ordered; had lost the receipt and was out of time to return), the unworn wrong size shoes were accepted for a return and credit given toward another pair.... how lovely to find a company that operates in such a trusting and trustworthy fashion

30 November 2012 <br/> Prompt and professional Great service. I had a tshirt printed with a photo. They questioned the quality of the photo I submitted as it was deemed of insufficient quality, rather than just proceeding with the order and taking my money. I submitted a better quality photo and am delighted with the result. The delivery was very fast and arrived withing two days. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to friends.
