All round excellent service from start to finish. You made me feel important and a value customer.d to you.The parcel was delivered within the time slot and there was correspondence to keep me up to date with it's progress .Although we had to return the item because it was too small it was a quick easy and efficient process. I will use you again.

Great service.Really good website, wide range of wellies at good prices with reviews on site. The delivery service was brilliant, I didn't pay for next day delivery but my order came the next day anyway, I was able to leave instructions with my order, recieved texts with an exact time of my delivery and when I wasn't in the delivery man called me and asked where I would like my parcel left. I told him it would be fine to leave the parcel in the foyer of my apartment building but when I got home he'd gone the extra mile and the parcel was by my apartment door. Great service!

28 February 2012 <br/>Excellent product, delivery and customer service I had a complicated design that I wanted at short notice for Crufts in a few days. I communicated via email and had very prompt replies, the design was drawn up to my needs and emailed for my approval... It was spot on! It was sent the following morning and arrived the following day. Looks superb and I know people will be green with envy on the day ;)

Fabulous supplier of fitflops. Great service received from Shoetique, very informative and I was kept informed at each stage of the purchase. The fitflops arrived two days after I purchased them - excellent. Thank you for providing excellent customer service which is a rare asset these days. I would have no reservations in recommending this site.
