14 February 2012 Order mis-handled After ordering handles I expected them to arrive within 7 days, however, this didn't happen. I went onto website to track order, followed instructions and typed order number in, guess what? order couldn't be found. Teleophoned company next day and they informed me that website had been changed and they had lost my order. Good news it arrived the following day. I'm pleased with the quality of merchandise. so would probably give them more business.

Online - but really helpful staff create a personal atmosphere ....despite all my mistakes (wrong size ordered; had lost the receipt and was out of time to return), the unworn wrong size shoes were accepted for a return and credit given toward another pair.... how lovely to find a company that operates in such a trusting and trustworthy fashion
