However, I was unfortunate before xmas in that they sent me an item of the wrong size (i.e. not the size I had requested), and I had a bit of a mare getting it replaced. They didn't respond to any of my emails, and it took several attempts to get to speak to someone who would do anything. In the end I had to have a refund. I was a bit disappointed.
