10 April 2012 Truly outstanding first class customer service from Handles4doors! I have spent the last few months gutting and renovating my property so have had to deal with many companies to purchase everything from large items to small ones. Handles 4 doors stood out as truly the best from them all! The team gave me really clear advice on their products and Suzanne went out of her way to help ensure that the products i needed were delivered to me as quickly as possible (before my builders left the site) by even getting them delivered to me directly from their suppliers! All the products i purchased were absolutely great quality and looked really contemporary, exactly as they were shown on their website. I couldnt have asked for a better or more helpful service. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend Handles4doors to everyone.

Sent wrong goods - right shoe wrong colour and ignored my email. Stll waiting a response PoorI ordered black, they sent brown. I emailed and there was no response. Except they ask me to fill in a survey. I would rather have had the right goods.

10 April 2012 Website "search results" has an issue that they acknowledge but refuse to accept responsibilty for incorrect order. I've ordered from Handles4Doors a number of times, generally repeat orders and have been happy with the service. Since a website update my account had been deleted along with my previous orders and so I had to create a repeat order from scratch. It appears there is an issue with the website whereby when you perform a search using a product code and the results are for more than one product (even though you entered an exact product code) if you directly enter the quantity and press "Buy" the item placed into the basket is NOT necessarily the one that you have just selected to buy. If there are multiple finishes it defaults to whatever is the first in the list. Having placed an order with multiple items on I did not spot this and having received an order with incorrect items I called Customer Services to explain. 01 November 2011 Good price and good solid handles Good service, helpful staff when i called to ask a question. Only thing i found difficult was that the picture didn't change when i selected the tpe of handle i wanted (latch). Picture still showed the locking handle, which is a different size, which is why i called to check. Handles arrived really quickly and where very good quality and value for money. Definately recommend.
