Great Customer Service and great value. Whilst looking on the internet for Fitflops, I came across Shoetique. I noticed that they were offering a price match plus 10%. I contacted customer service (Laura) via email and I was offered a good price on my Fitflops. I phoned my order late Monday and received my Fitflops lunchtime on Wednesday. I can certainly recommend Shoetique for great price, great customer service and very quick delivery. What more could you ask for! I will certainly use Shoetique again.

Pretty good - but...I bought some great wellies from this place. They had loads of different types, colours & designs for all budgets. They came in the post which was great too. Only one negative. I bought wellies for wide calves and even measured to make sure they were ok. I ordered slightly wider so i could get my jeans in them but they are snug even with just leggings. Bit of a pain but there you go. Fine otherwise.

Best Wellies EverI own a Dog Walking Business and am frequently out walking in the New Forest. Needed warm and comfy wellies to tackle the wet boggy conditions and soon to be icy. Put these boots to the test as soon as they arrived. Lovely toasty warm feet. Also jumped into every puddle walked in every bog I could find. Boots fit securely around the foot so they don't pull off when you get your foot stuck. The firm fit is more like a walking boot so both your foot and ankle feel secure. Good firm grip to the sole so feel quite safe walking down muddy, slippery slopes with 2 dogs attached to both arms. Easy to get off when you get to a clients house so no mud in the house. Overall best boot I have ever bought and well worth the extra pennies.

Excellent service, price and productBuying rugby boots online is always a bit hit and miss so I ordered lots, none of which fitted so I ordered loads more! The one pair which my son finally chose were perfect, great quality and a really good price! But I was left with the issue of sending back all the rejected choices, it couldn't have been easier just print out a label and take it to a high street shop! Perfect, no hour long wait in the post office! I'll use them again - soon
