PHENOMINALFirst time I've used the site. Easy to use, had just what I wanted at a FAB price. Two days later I had my shoes!!! Got a text telling me they would arrive on Saturday - they did!! Would use them again and again and have told everyone I know about them.

Wow just perfectI telephoned and spoke to a very helpful young lady. She didn't rush me while I waffled on making my mind up on colour. When I said the pair I wanted was cheaper on the fit flop website she immediately reduced the price to match. The frou fit flops in maple syrup arrived next morning as promised and they are so comfy I'm looking at others to buy. Really good company to buy from and would recommend to my friends. Thank you.

Brilliant customer service !The choice of shoes is fantastic, and 'it does what it says on the tin'. The promise of next day delivery was met by the next morning - ordered the shoes one day and wore them the next ! F.A.B.
