---Staff bent over backwards for a nonstandard item.My enquiry for a non stocked item was met by staff with enthusiasm.They kept me informed throughout the ordering process and the price was keen. Who could ask for more!

Wheelie OutstandingI have been extremely impressed with Easy Wellies because from ordering my wellies the company delivered exactly as promised and to my explicit instructions, ie to leave my wellies in the green wheelie bin. In the past such instructions have been ignored and I have had to go miles away to collect my package. Easy Wellies delivered in 2 days to the green bin; I was Wheelie Delighted! (Ratring 5 Stars)

Product good but arch and forefoot not supportive enough for my needs and delivery disappointingProduct is good but I needed a full arch support which this doesnt quite give. Also the cushioning isnt enough for me to remove ball of foot pain. Went for these as I only wanted them for walking and they were highlighted for arch support and forefoot pain.I will say they have helped though.Delivery was disappointing as I paid for next day and only found today 5 days later that they had been left with a neighbour.

Exceptional service - great boots. Why look elsewhere?The boots I wanted were out of stock in my size, but a quick email ensured me that an order was in hand and delivery expected the following week, so check the website on that Friday. The following Monday, website checked but sadly no boots in my size. Another email and I learned that the Sales Assistant had received the delivery and as there were only 2 pairs in my size had actually set one pair aside for me. How brill is that?! I paid over the phone and the boots arrived the next day. And they are perfect.All round success. Recommend this supplier to everyone.
