Excellent serviceItem was damaged when i received it but i got prompt service when enquiring about an exchange. I actually called to the shop to exchange it as i was in the area and found the staff really helpful and polite.

---Outstanding customer service, super-speedy deliveryI ordered a Mammut day pack for a weekend trip to Rome.Despite an initial computer error where my order details were misplaced (no payment taken at that time) I can not recommend their service highly enough. I called to see where my order was and the lady I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful. She went away to dig out my order and called me back within 10 minutes to confirm they had received it and the reasons why it had not been processed. Payment was then taken and goods dispatched. I received my parcel the very next day.Great customer service, speedy delivery, great value. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Billiant service! Found a shoe that was sold out on most other sites. Delivery was fast & free & when I emailed to find out delivery day they replied immediately. Very satisfied customer here.

Fast service and good prices.Found proper wellies for a 6 year old boy that were long (my requirement) and plain (his requirement). Good pricing, fast delivery. Web site well designed (from a user point of view).

Great ServiceI bought my husband sportswear for Christmas, ordered one day and it arrived the next. Really good service and slightly cheaper than buying on the high street meant I could buy an extra present. Everything arrived tagged and bagged. Will definitely use Barrington's again.
