SURE FOOTEDI BOUGHT NEW SHOES VIA THE INTERTNET, AND WAS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED, QUICK SERVICE AND THE SHOES WERE AS GOOD AS THEY LOOKED ON THE SCREEN.

Excellent service which was second to none. I ordered the shoes in the afternoon and they were delivered in the morning the next day. The sale price is very reasonable and the product excellent. I like the fact there was no postage payable and there were clear instructions for free returns of items not required or suitable etc. Also that the credit for the returned item was actioned immediately. Well done can't complain at all. I wish more organisations in the Uk provided such excellent services.

Great product delivery and staffHaving bought my Hunters i realised i made the mistake of not ordered the expandable ones for winter weight socks!!The staff were brill fast and efficient as well as being friendly highly recommend

---Good price but dusty!Pleased with the price and speed of delivery, basically a snag free service. However, I was disappointed when I got my jacket as it was covered in dust on the back, as if it had not been stored in a bag and had been dropped on the floor. I had to give it a clean before being able to wear it.Update on 26 Jun 12 - wow, what excellent customer service from Gear Zone! They read my review and got in touch to apologise and offer some recompense. I have now upped my rating from 3 stars to 5. If only all companies were as proactive and helpful as this! Well done Gear Zone!

---A bit disappointed as they were too wide.I brought them home and they looked like the bees knees so I wore them to go into town. By the time I had finished my shopping they were slipping off my feet but nipping me across the arch as they went wide, particularly on the heel. They felt more like a half size too big so I put an insole in them but it made no difference so I gave them away to the Charity Shop. They were not an expensive shoe but being Lotus I thought they would be great but I was sorely disappointed.
