We were refurbishing our bathroom and our toilet and wanted to replace the door handles, having visited the local B and Q could see nothing that we liked so resorted to the internet and were really impressed with the range on offer here. We chose some handles but were unsure about the Privacy Set specification so contacted the company by email as no on available to speak to outside 9 -5 mon to dri. Got a prompt reply from Darren I then requested a picture so that I could better see the difference between the specifications. Having got the pic ordered the handles - they came promptly and were fab however they do not fit our current lock system - more emails... upshot is the spec we want not available in this design we can only return if packaging is pristine.... so what started as a simple job will now need new locks - filling in and repainting.. I think the company assume that everyone using the web site is a professional not DIY virgins like us.
